WorkeMon is a fun parody of the Pokemon saga where you play the CEO of a company that has to find (more like 'catch') efficient new employees and increase their benefits to make them more profitable.
Visually speaking, the game is clearly inspired by titles from the saga for Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS, while at a gameplay level, the game is mainly inspired in terms of combat, where you have to use special abilities to negotiate your potential employees' contracts and lower their pride so they accept the worst conditions for the lowest income possible.
Each employee will help to increase the company's profits as well as their own level, allowing you to increase your daily production and have access to new and more productive job positions as well as improved functions for your business.
WorkeMon is a strange tribute that, when you stop to think about it, isn't really all that similar to the Pokemon saga. However, it does offer a fun experience that's sure to please all the fans of the famous Nintendo games, as well as anyone who likes management strategy in general.
